
Here are the results of my first day on the plated desserts station.
- Half visible cookie plate with biscotti, macaroons, linzer cookies, papillon, and shortbread.
- Pastry cream stuffed, phyllo wrapped poached pear, with port reduction.
- Strawberry Naopleon with raspberry coulis.
- Creme caramel, with whipped cream quenelle, honey tuile, and berry trio.
